I can’t find a solution anywhere. I have done an absurd amount of work trying to find a way to manually fix whatever it causing this. I just want to be able to type in spanish, and that is working. The problem i had with installing language packs got resolved after using an wired connection instead of a dongle.
Check with an wired connection to see if the problem is resolved. I switched my internet source from mobile data to home’s adsl and it worked!
